How to Organize Multiple Streaming Sources

Practical ways to keep a personal provider, a sports package, and a family playlist from turning into one chaotic library.

It's common to end up with more than one streaming source — a personal provider, a sports package, maybe a separate playlist shared with family. Dumped together, that's a mess. Kept separate, each one stays easy to browse. A few practical habits make the difference.

Treat each source as its own space

Rather than merging everything, add each source individually and let it keep its own library, favorites, and watch history. MigFLIX is built around this — switching sources swaps your entire active library, the way switching a profile would, instead of blending catalogs together.

Name sources for what they're for, not who gave them to you

"Sports" or "Family" is more useful at a glance than a provider's brand name, especially once you have three or four sources. Names you'll actually recognize while switching save real time.

Protect the ones that need it

If a source is shared with family or contains content you'd rather keep separate, use source protection where it's available so switching into it requires a password — without affecting how your other sources work.

Let watch history stay where it belongs

Because each source keeps its own history and favorites, what you watch on a sports package doesn't clutter Continue Watching on a personal library, and vice versa. That separation is most of what makes multiple sources feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
