Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Draft — pending final legal review
Acceptance of terms
By using this website or the MigFLIX application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use MigFLIX.
This is a working draft prepared alongside the pre-launch website. It has not yet received final legal review and will be finalized before MigFLIX launches publicly.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use MigFLIX, and you're responsible for ensuring your use of MigFLIX complies with local law.
What MigFLIX is
MigFLIX is a media player and organizer. It does not provide, host, sell, or supply any streaming content, TV channels, movies, series, or IPTV subscriptions. MigFLIX organizes and plays content from sources you connect yourself.
Your sources and third-party content
You are solely responsible for the sources you connect to MigFLIX and for having the legal right to access and view the content they provide. MigFLIX does not verify, endorse, monitor, or control any third-party source, and is not responsible for the legality, quality, availability, or content of any source you connect.
MigFLIX is not affiliated with any IPTV provider, and connecting a source through MigFLIX does not constitute an endorsement of that provider.
Provider credentials
When you enter credentials for a source (for example, an Xtream Codes login), you represent that you are authorized to use them. See our Privacy Policy for how credentials are stored and used.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MigFLIX to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to MigFLIX or its infrastructure;
- Connect sources you do not have the legal right to access.
Free tier, Premium, and payments
MigFLIX is expected to offer a free tier alongside a paid Premium plan. Final pricing, billing terms, renewal, and refund policies will be published here and within the app before any payment is collected — join the waitlist to be notified when they're announced.
Downloads and local files
Where MigFLIX allows a title to be downloaded, availability depends entirely on whether the connected source permits the stream to be saved. Local files you open in MigFLIX remain your responsibility, including your right to possess and view them.
Availability and changes
MigFLIX may add, change, or remove features over time, including features described on this website. We'll aim to keep this site accurate to the current app, but it may occasionally lag behind the latest release.
Intellectual property
The MigFLIX name, logo, and app design are the property of Migliorare Corporation. You retain no rights to them beyond what's needed to use MigFLIX as intended.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MigFLIX for use that violates these terms. You may stop using MigFLIX at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
MigFLIX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any third-party source will be available, reliable, or lawful.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Migliorare Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MigFLIX or any third-party source you connect to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This will be finalized before launch.
