Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the MigFLIX website (this site) and the MigFLIX application collect, how it's used, and the choices available to you. MigFLIX is a media player and organizer for streaming sources you connect yourself — it is not a content provider, and it does not sell or supply IPTV subscriptions.

This marketing website collects only what's needed to operate the features you use directly:

• Waitlist: the email address you submit to join the waitlist, along with the time you joined and which page you joined from. Used only to notify you about MigFLIX's launch and related product updates.
• Contact form: the name (optional), email, category, and message you submit. Used only to respond to your request.

Both are stored in a database operated for MigFLIX and are not sold or shared with advertisers. You can ask us to remove your information at any time — see "Your choices and rights" below.

MigFLIX is built local-first: your connected sources, library, favorites, watch history, and playback progress are stored on your device so browsing and playback don't depend on a cloud account. No account is required to start using MigFLIX.

Optional account sign-in may be used to recover Premium access and manage account actions. Premium purchases are processed by the applicable app store and payment provider. MigFLIX may also use privacy-conscious analytics, crash diagnostics, and ad measurement to understand app performance, fix errors, and support the Free plan. These services do not give MigFLIX access to the media inside your connected sources.

When you connect a source (for example, an Xtream Codes login or an M3U playlist URL), the details you provide are stored on your device so MigFLIX can reconnect you to it. Xtream credentials and source protection passwords are stored in the device secure storage when available. MigFLIX does not use your provider credentials for any purpose other than connecting to the source you specified.

MigFLIX does not verify the legitimacy of any source you connect and is not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of third-party sources. See our Terms & Conditions for more.

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with service providers that help us operate the waitlist, contact form, account sign-in, subscriptions, analytics, crash diagnostics, ads, or app infrastructure, and only to the extent needed to provide those services — or when required by law.

Waitlist and contact submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they're no longer needed for the purpose they were collected for (for example, once MigFLIX has launched and the waitlist has served its purpose).

App library data, downloads, favorites, and watch history remain on your device unless you remove them, clear them, delete the app, or use an app feature that removes them. Online account and support records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, or comply with applicable obligations.

• You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.
• You can clear watch history in the app and remove connected sources or downloads from your device.
• You can sign out of an optional account or request account deletion from the Account screen.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@migflix.app.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

MigFLIX and this website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as MigFLIX develops, particularly around launch. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
